Charles Slack-Méndez | Attorney - Partner
Mr. Slack-Méndez was born in Nogales, Arizona and is the founding member of Slack-Méndez Law Firm. Mr. Slack-Méndez is fluent in Spanish has been practicing in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Medical Malpractice since 1993. Mr. Slack-Méndez is a litigator and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. There are over 4000 members throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. Mr. Slack-Méndez has also been recognized as having won a jury verdict in an amount which placed within the Top-Ten jury verdicts in Arizona.

In his spare time, Mr. Slack-Méndez loves training dogs and playing his saxophone, which are his de- stressors.
Breann Slack | Attorney - Partner
Breann received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2019 from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. She is a Partner in the Litigation Group at Slack-Méndez Law Firm. While in law school, Breann was a board member of the Chicano Law Students Association, a member of Women Law Students’ Association, and a member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Breann has also been involved in numerous non-profit organizations, including Open Arms, United Food Bank, Matthew’s Crossing, and Feed My Starving Children. Breann brings new ideas and innovation to the firm.

In her free time, Breann enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her fur babies, Maui and Milo.
Sonia Reyna | Litigation Paralegal
Sonia was raised in Eloy, Arizona, where she graduated from Santa Cruz Valley Union High School. Sonia has over 20 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in personal injury law and Indian law. Sonia was featured in the 2007 July/August edition of Legal Assistant Today magazine where she was featured for her work experience in Indian law.
Lisa Slack | Legal Assistant
Lisa was raised in Nogales, Arizona where she graduated from Nogales High School in three years. After graduating from high school, Lisa attended Arizona State University where she attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Lisa has been instrumental to our team and the success of Slack-Méndez Law Firm. As a legal assistant and office manager for over 20 years, Lisa has helped train new employees and assures the cases are reviewed and clients updated regularly. Lisa also handles what clients consider the most important role in the firm, as she writes our deserving clients their checks. Lisa is a firm believer in having raving clients by providing exceptional treatment and service to every client, no matter how big or small the case may be.

When Lisa is not working, she likes to spend time with her three children, dogs and likes to travel.
Araceli De La Torre | Legal Assistant
Araceli has quickly become an invaluable member of The Slack-Méndez Law Firm! Araceli is our bilingual Legal Assistant with experience in personal injury and worker’s compensation cases both in California and Arizona. Araceli is a real asset to our team with extraordinarily great customer service skills. Araceli earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2015.

When Araceli is not working, she is an active parent at her children’s school. She also enjoys reading, exploring new destinations and spending time with her wonderful family and pet.
